i like it, hope it stays blue. If he does as good job on this one as that funky little car he did it will turn out really nice!

Nice find. Hopefully we'll see more of this car. Wouldn't have sat there so long at that money in Aus!
Thanks for linking.
Matt.

How cool is the triple leaf spring in the rear. I think I need a job in Japan.

Holy crap that's me!
Thanks for posting the link up! Started a thread here for it as well:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1367

At the moment I totally intend to keep it blue but am shooting for a darker blue. I'm thinking maybe a WRX or R34 Skyline Blue with a matte black hood. Still got a while before paint though so plenty of time to think it out, haha.

Thanks for the kind comments guys!
Cheers
David

Hey dude welcome to the forum!

Not many Japan-based owners on this forum (Japanese or gaijin!) so good to have you around.

I love those Skylines; shame you had to get rid of it. That Mitsubishi you've got is mad; I think there's a sedan version (ie non-wagon, sort of hatch-without-a-hatchback-like-early-Civic-shape) one up in Queensland. The guy told me someone imported 6 of them to rent out to people in the holiday town of Coolangatta in the 1960s... but they didnt' cope with the Queensland heat that well.

His is still minty, but not as minty as your wagon!

Again, welcome to the forum; nice to have someone new join who is not a spambot.

Cheers,

Dave
