I had a bloke that I work with approach me about tuning a 2000 Mitsubishi Challenger. He has a few engine mods or engine replacement(3.5 litre instead Of the 3.0) in mind.
Has anyone had any experience with tuning the std ecu? Having a look at the TunerPro site, it looks like people have made a connection with them but doesn't appear to be a lot of recent work.

You might find Evoscan with ECU Flash will do the trick. Have a look on the Evoscan website for a listing. If it's there then it can be easily done.
